Haulers & Feedstock Partners

Let's Move Organic Waste Together

Beard Organics is building long-term feedstock supply partnerships with haulers and organic waste generators across South Texas and the Greater San Antonio area. If you're moving food waste, manure, green waste, brush, clean wood pallets, or cardboard and need a reliable diversion destination — we want to be your partner.

We understand the hauling business. Reliability matters more than anything — you need a receiving facility that's consistent, straightforward to work with, and doesn't create operational headaches on your end.

Beard Organics is in pre-launch, which means we're doing something most facilities don't: talking to haulers before we're open. We want to understand your volumes, your routes, your material types, and your scheduling needs — and build our intake process around real operational requirements, not theoretical ones.

Whether you're hauling food waste from commercial generators, yard waste from municipal contracts, or agricultural byproducts from processing facilities — we want to hear what you're moving and where you need it to go.

Built for Commercial Volumes

We're developing infrastructure to handle consistent, ongoing feedstock delivery — not occasional loads.

Long-Term Relationships

We're looking for supply partners, not spot loads. Early partners get preferred terms as we scale.

Texas-Based Operation

Local by design. We're accountable to the haulers and generators we work with — not a national operation managing Texas from a call center.

Straightforward Arrangements

Clear intake procedures, consistent documentation, and fair terms. No unnecessary complexity on the receiving end.

What We Accept

Accepted Feedstocks

We're building capacity to receive a range of organic materials. The table below reflects our current planning. If you have a material type not listed, contact us — we'd rather evaluate it than assume it doesn't fit.

Material Type Common Sources Status
Food Waste Grocery stores, food distributors, food manufacturers, restaurants, institutions, event venues Building Capacity
All Manures Livestock operations, dairies, equine facilities, poultry operations, agricultural producers Building Capacity
Green Waste Municipal programs, landscaping companies, lawn maintenance crews, commercial sites Building Capacity
Brush of All Kinds Tree services, land clearing, storm cleanup, ranch and property maintenance Building Capacity
Wood Pallets Distribution centers, warehouses, retailers, manufacturers, logistics operations Building Capacity
Cardboard Retail, warehouse, distribution, commercial generators, clean corrugated cardboard streams Building Capacity
Other Organic Materials Varies by material type Inquire

Material acceptance is subject to feedstock evaluation, contamination review, and site capacity at time of agreement. Pallets, wood material, and cardboard may require review for paint, treatment, coatings, hardware, and contamination. Contact us to discuss your specific material and volume.

Materials Not Accepted

No metal, plastics, fencing, or rocks. Loads with these contaminants may be rejected or require special review before acceptance.

Getting Started

How to Become a Feedstock Partner

We keep the onboarding process simple. Here's what to expect when you reach out.

01

Initial Conversation

Contact us with your material type, approximate volume, source location, and delivery frequency. We'll respond quickly and set up a call if needed to discuss fit and timing.

02

Feedstock Evaluation

We'll evaluate your material against our acceptance criteria — contamination levels, consistency of supply, and compatibility with our composting process. Loads must be free of metal, plastics, fencing, rocks, and other non-organic contaminants.

03

Supply Agreement

We establish a supply agreement that covers intake terms, delivery scheduling, pricing, and documentation requirements. Straightforward paperwork, no unnecessary friction.
